Returns and Refunds

We will exchange due to manufacturers' defect only.
The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase in its original packaging and new condition (unused and unaltered).
For other exchanges based on buyer's reasons, we reserve the right to view as per case basis.
You are responsible for all shipping and/or transport costs associated with getting your order back to us.
Refund will only be issued upon receiving of the return item(s).
Credit card payment will be refunded in cash and there will be a 5% service charge.

Note:

- RAM Mounts must be returned in unopened original packaging.
- Customised Pelican cases are not returnable.
